Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn bread mix
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
Method
- Combine corn meal, eggs, oil and corn in medium size bowl. Mix well.
- Grease 8 x 8-inch baking dish or pan.
- Bake at 400° until brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
