Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 60 ml (2 oz) bourbon
- 8 mint leaves
- 15 ml (1/2 oz) sugar syrup
- dash of dark rum or brandy
- mint sprig
Method
1. Half-fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the bourbon, mint and sugar, then stir. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently until the glass becomes frosted. Top with a dash of rum or brandy. Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve with a long straw.
