Ingredients
- leaves from 4 sprigs of mint
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of green food coloring
- 1 qt. ginger ale
Method
- Boil mint, sugar and water for 5 minutes.
- Strain the syrup. Add the lemon juice, salt and food coloring.
- Chill well.
- Add ginger ale before serving.
