Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 11/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- salt to taste
Method
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar. Add salt to taste. If making up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill.
