Ingredients

  • 1 package pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • assorted fillings (see details below)

Method

  • Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Mix egg and water.
  • Set aside.
  • Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.
  • Roll each sheet into 12 inch squares and cut into 16 (3 inch) squares.
  • Place filling in center of each square.
  • Brush edges of squares with egg mixture.
  • Fold two opposite corners to center over filling.
  • Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
  • Makes 32 appetizers or mini desserts.
