Ingredients
- 1 package pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- assorted fillings (see details below)
Method
- Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Mix egg and water.
- Set aside.
- Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.
- Roll each sheet into 12 inch squares and cut into 16 (3 inch) squares.
- Place filling in center of each square.
- Brush edges of squares with egg mixture.
- Fold two opposite corners to center over filling.
- Bake 15 minutes or until golden.
- Makes 32 appetizers or mini desserts.
