Ingredients

  • 4 1/4 ounces ground beef
  • 1 slice onion
  • milk A little
  • ras el hanout
  • mint leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 avocado
  • mint leaves
  • salt
  • crackers VinegarPrawns
  • sunflower oil

Method

  • Arab koftas or burgers preparation: grate or chop the onion very finely. Add the meat, a splash of milk, some chopped mint leaves and a teaspoon of Ras el Hanout. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and form four small burgers.
  • Mint avocado sauce preparation: mash the avocado with a fork along with the mint leaves, season with salt and a few drops of vinegar to taste. Set aside.
  • Fry four prawn crackers in sunflower oil.
  • When it is time to serve, grill the kofta. Place a spoonful of mint avocado sauce on each cracker and a kofta over it. Garnish with mint.
