Ingredients
- 4 1/4 ounces ground beef
- 1 slice onion
- milk A little
- ras el hanout
- mint leaves
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 avocado
- mint leaves
- salt
- crackers VinegarPrawns
- sunflower oil
Method
- Arab koftas or burgers preparation: grate or chop the onion very finely. Add the meat, a splash of milk, some chopped mint leaves and a teaspoon of Ras el Hanout. Season with salt and pepper, mix well and form four small burgers.
- Mint avocado sauce preparation: mash the avocado with a fork along with the mint leaves, season with salt and a few drops of vinegar to taste. Set aside.
- Fry four prawn crackers in sunflower oil.
- When it is time to serve, grill the kofta. Place a spoonful of mint avocado sauce on each cracker and a kofta over it. Garnish with mint.
