Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. prepared mincemeat
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed tightly
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Heat mincemeat and milk to boiling in 3-quart saucepan.
- Stir frequently.
- Simmer until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake until light brown for about 10 minutes.
- Makes 4 dozen cookies.
