Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 jar mince meat
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, till smooth consistency.
- Gently mix in egg whites.
- Pour mix into a 10 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min, reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 45-50 min.
- Top should be spongy and nicely browned.
