Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Mix all together.
- Pour mixture into skillet (make sure heat is low at first as milk mixture will clump when poured in hot grease).
- After mixture has warmed, bring heat to medium, stirring constantly, when it starts to bubble (scraping bottom).
- Cook about 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
