Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 8 egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl.
- For added color, add a few drops of red food color.
- Beat with electric mixer for 15 minutes.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Set aside.
- Whip cream.
- Fold into strawberry mixture.
- Pour filling into crust; freeze until firm.
- Cut into squares.
