- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- egg white
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- graham cracker crust
Method
- Combine sugar, gelatine, salt, milk and egg yolk.
- Cook (stirring constantly) until it comes to a boil.
- Remove from heat. Blend in cream cheese and vanilla.
- Beat until creamy.
- Chill until thick but not set, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
