Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. butter
- dash of salt
Method
- Remove skin from onion.
- Cut a V-shape out of the top of the onion.
- Place butter, bouillon cube and a dash of salt in top of the onion.
- Place on a microwave plate.
- Microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 5 minutes or until the onion begins to separate.
