Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled
Method
- In 3-quart glass casserole, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
- Cook on Medium-high for 10 to 12 minutes or until thickened; stir twice during cooking.
- Slice potatoes and add to thickened sauce.
- Cook on High 17 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender; stir once during cooking.
