Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 1/2 c. 1/4-inch sliced carrots
- parsley for garnish
Method
- Mix all ingredients except carrots in a 1-quart microwave-proof casserole.
- Stir in carrots.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave on High 4 minutes.
- Stir.
- Cover and microwave until carrots are tender, 4 to 6 minutes longer.
- Toss with 2 tablespoons parsley.
