Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with syrup, thawed
- 2 medium cooking apples
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/3 c. finely crushed gingersnap cookies
- 1/3 c. finely chopped nuts
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 egg, well beaten
Method
- Place strawberries in blender container or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Cut off 1/4-inch from top and bottom of apples.
- Cut each apple in half crosswise, forming 2 thick slices.
