Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. hot water
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker hash brown potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Pour hot water over potatoes and margarine in 2-quart microwavable dish. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High for 4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover with waxed paper and microwave until hot and bubbly, 2 to 3 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Microwave until cheese is melted, 1 to 3 minutes longer.
- Serves 6.
