Ingredients

  • 34 cup vegetable oil
  • 18 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 minced garlic clove (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 14 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 2 lbs flank steaks

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in a marinating container, or a gallon zip lock freezer bag, except the meat.
  • When thoroughly mixed, add meat and coat completely.
