Ingredients

  • 3 Breakfast sausages
  • 1 pints of parsley
  • 100 grams Spaghetti
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce for spaghetti
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 500 ml boiling water

Method

  • Mince garlic
  • Put spaghetti in boiling water.
  • Cook for 5 mins.
  • Drain spaghetti in strainer.
  • Add oil in pan.
  • Fry breakfast sausages.
  • Remove from pan after cooked.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Add oil in pan with minced garlic.
  • Put spaghetti, tomato sauce in pan.
  • Mix and cook for 2 mins.
  • Mix breakfast sausage with spaghetti in pan.
  • Add parsley, salt and pepper before serving.
