Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 3 medium potatoes
- 4 medium onions, sliced
- 6 carrots, sliced
- 5 stalks celery, cut into 1/2 to 1-inch pieces
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca
Method
- Combine last 5 ingredients.
- Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes into a large casserole.
- Add vegetables.
- Add soup mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake at 250° for 5 hours.
