Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground meat
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 bunch baby carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 box chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp knorr
  • 3 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tbsp garlic
  • 4 roma tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 5 bolios

Method

  • dice onion and mix with meat add knorr, cumin, garlic add bread crumbs mix and make into small meatballs set aside
  • boil tomatoes in small pot,
  • in big pot pour both boxes of chicken broth put in meatballs, when boil happens and froth happens scoop out
  • peel potatoes and cut in medium size pieces set aside
  • when meatballs are almost done put potatoes and carrots, blend tomatoes and add to meatballs boil more add more knorr if.desired, 10 minutes before done add ciltantro
  • garnesh with diced avocado....and eat with bolio
