Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 14 manicotti shells
  • 8 oz. picante or salsa
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • small can black olives, sliced
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • chopped green onions

Method

  • Brown ground beef, refried beans and taco seasoning.
  • Stuff uncooked manicotti shells with meat mixture.
  • Place in greased (9 x 13-inch) baking dish.
  • Pour water and picante/salsa over top of shells.
  • Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
  • Top with Cheddar; return, uncovered, to oven until melted.
  • Top with sour cream, black olives and green onions.
