Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Mex-Kit, mixed or small bowl cornbread batter, seasoned
- 1/2 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 lb. browned meat
- 1/4 c. onion
- picante sauce to taste
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Brown meat; add
- corn, onion, picante sauce and cheese. Melt cheese; mix
- well. Add
- to
- cornbread
- mix.
- Pour into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 475° until brown.
- Yield: 10 to 12 muffins. Great with super chili!
