Ingredients
- 6 qts. water
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 1 pt. salt
- 4 cups vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
Method
- Drain 1 qt. dill pickles.
- Cut pickles in quarters and put back in the jar.
- Pour 1 cup of sugar in the jar and fill with pickle juice.
- Put the lid on and mix.
- Turn the jar until the mixture is clear.
