Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger or chicken, cooked and cut bite size
- 1 c. onion
- 1 can diced mild green chilies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
- sour cream (if desired)
Method
- Cook meat; drain.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Set aside.
- Mix all cans together; set aside.
- Cut tortillas in 4ths. Layer in casserole, tortillas, meat, sauce and cheese several times.
- Cook at 350° until bubbly and hot.
- Let set about 10 minutes.
- Serve with sour cream, salad, refried beans, chips and dip.
- Even better the second day! Great doubled or tripled.
