- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 can Ranch Style beans
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 12 corn tortillas
- garlic powder
- pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
- salt
- chili powder
Method
- Saute onion and ground meat until brown; drain.
- Add Ranch Style beans, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Simmer on low.
- Line a greased casserole dish with 6 corn tortillas, pour meat and bean mixture on top.
- Add Velveeta cheese slices.
- Add remaining tortillas.
- Mix cream of celery soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes in separate bowl.
- Pour on top of casserole and bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.
