Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. sugar (optional)
- 1/3 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in bits
Method
- Peel and slice carrots crosswise. Cook in salted water until just tender. Drain. While carrots are cooking, saut onion in butter until transparent. Do NOT brown!
- Add sugar.
