Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Cook chicken.
- Place cut up chicken in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Pour can of soup over chicken.
- Mix stuffing, broth and melted margarine.
- Spread this over chicken and soup.
- Pour milk evenly over the top.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes to brown.
- Makes 2 casseroles.
