Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. milk

Method

  • Cook chicken.
  • Place cut up chicken in bottom of 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • Pour can of soup over chicken.
  • Mix stuffing, broth and melted margarine.
  • Spread this over chicken and soup.
  • Pour milk evenly over the top.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes to brown.
  • Makes 2 casseroles.
