Ingredients
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat egg whites very stiff. Gradually beat in sugar, salt, fold in vanilla and pecan pcs.
- Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet; Bake at 275° for 40 min.
