Ingredients
- 1 pt. milk
- 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
- dash of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
Method
- Heat milk and Grape-Nuts.
- Combine sugar, salt and eggs.
- Add Grape-Nuts/milk mixture and vanilla.
- Pour into buttered ovenproof dish.
- Place dish into another pan with 1-inch of water in the bottom and bake at 350° for about 1 hour, checking after 3/4 of an hour.
