Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Method
- Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl.
- Blend in butter until a soft dough is formed.
- If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.
- Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
- Roll in coconut. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
