Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut

Method

  • Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in bowl.
  • Blend in butter until a soft dough is formed.
  • If dough is too soft to handle, cover and chill.
  • Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
  • Roll in coconut. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 300° for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Makes about 3 dozen.
