Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut into pieces
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. buttermilk
Method
- Place deboned chicken in 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Bring to boil chicken broth and soup.
- Pour over chicken; mix flour, buttermilk and melted margarine.
- Pour over first mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Brown at 450° for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serves 6.
