Ingredients
- 2 cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
- 1/2 cups Julienned Cucumber
- 3/4 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Superfine Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Coriander Seed
- 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 18 teaspoons Cayenne
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint, Finely Chopped
Method
- Place yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve or a colander lined with several layers of cheesecloth.
- Let drain for one hour, refrigerated.
- Then mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour (to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
