Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Non-fat Yogurt
  • 1/2 cups Julienned Cucumber
  • 3/4 teaspoons Fine Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Superfine Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Coriander Seed
  • 18 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 18 teaspoons Cayenne
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Mint, Finely Chopped

Method

  • Place yogurt in a fine-mesh sieve or a colander lined with several layers of cheesecloth.
  • Let drain for one hour, refrigerated.
  • Then mix all ingredients together and chill for one hour (to overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.
