Ingredients
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
- 6 strips bacon, fried or microwaved crispy
- 1/2 can black olives, sliced
- 1 small onion, minced
- pita bread (flat bread)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix grated cheeses together with mayonnaise and minced onion. Add black olives and bacon, crumbled.
- Spread mixture on pita breads (like a small pizza) and broil 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and just slightly brown.
- Should make enough for 6 to 8 pita sandwiches
- or 3 to 4 large pita breads.
