Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 6 strips bacon, fried or microwaved crispy
  • 1/2 can black olives, sliced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • pita bread (flat bread)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Method

  • Mix grated cheeses together with mayonnaise and minced onion. Add black olives and bacon, crumbled.
  • Spread mixture on pita breads (like a small pizza) and broil 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and just slightly brown.
  • Should make enough for 6 to 8 pita sandwiches
  • or 3 to 4 large pita breads.
