Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped (boneless, skinless, 5 oz)
- 1 medium red pepper
- 12 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 14 cup hydrated sun-dried tomato, chopped
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- cracker
Method
- Mix all ingredients except crackers togehter until well blended.
- Cover.
- Refridgerate for at least an hour to mix flavors
- Top each cracker with 1 tsp chicken mixture.
- Serve immediately.
