- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 lb. ground pork sausage
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small meatballs, fry and drain.
- Add cooked meatballs to sauce and put in a crock-pot on low.
- Take to a party or gathering.
