Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle Del Monte chili sauce
- 24 oz. grape jelly
- 2 lb. ground beef
Method
- Make meatballs from ground beef, brown and drain.
- (To stretch the meat you can make meatloaf mixture and form balls, etc.)
- Mix chili sauce and grape thoroughly.
- Add meatballs.
- Cook in oven for 2 hours at 300° or in a crock-pot for 1 hour on high and 3 hours on low.
- Serve oven mashed potatoes.
- (Don't tell your guests what your sauce is made of until after your meal is over.
- The thought of these 2 ingredients together sounds repulsive, but the sauce is very delicious and people will love it if they eat it first and find out your secret later.)
