- 2/3 pound ground beef
- 3 slices turkey breast
- 3 sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 6 lettuce leaves sliced
- 1 tomato diced
- 2 tablespoons onion minced
- 1 carrot peeled and ground
- chayotes cooked
- salad dressing
Method
- Shred the turkey breast and dried tomatoes using a food processor until it forms a paste.
- Add the blended mixture, beef, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt, and black pepper to a large bowl and mix.
- Form the meatballs of the desired size.
- Grease a skillet with cooking spray, heat it at medium heat, and place the meatballs on a it. Cook until they brown on all sides.
- Spread evenly the lettuce leaves, tomato, onion, carrot, and chayote in 2 different plates.
- Add the meatballs to the plates and serve with your favorite salad dressing.
