Ingredients

  • 2/3 pound ground beef
  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • 3 sun dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 6 lettuce leaves sliced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 tablespoons onion minced
  • 1 carrot peeled and ground
  • chayotes cooked
  • salad dressing

Method

  • Shred the turkey breast and dried tomatoes using a food processor until it forms a paste.
  • Add the blended mixture, beef, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt, and black pepper to a large bowl and mix.
  • Form the meatballs of the desired size.
  • Grease a skillet with cooking spray, heat it at medium heat, and place the meatballs on a it. Cook until they brown on all sides.
  • Spread evenly the lettuce leaves, tomato, onion, carrot, and chayote in 2 different plates.
  • Add the meatballs to the plates and serve with your favorite salad dressing.
