Ingredients
- 4 c. raw potatoes, sliced
- 2 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. frozen or fresh peas
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. frankfurters, sliced
- flour
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Combine potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, salt and pepper. Arrange vegetables and frankfurters in layers in buttered casserole.
- Sprinkle each layer with flour.
- Add milk.
- Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
