Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 10 oz. lasagna noodles
  • grated mild Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Saute meats, onion, pepper and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add all ingredients except noodles and cheese.
  • Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
  • Layer mixture with noodles and top with large portion of cheese.
  • Bake in covered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350° in a 12 x 10 x 2-inch dish.
  • Uncover and cook for 10 more minutes.
