- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 medium green pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 10 oz. lasagna noodles
- grated mild Cheddar cheese
Method
- Saute meats, onion, pepper and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add all ingredients except noodles and cheese.
- Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
- Layer mixture with noodles and top with large portion of cheese.
- Bake in covered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350° in a 12 x 10 x 2-inch dish.
- Uncover and cook for 10 more minutes.
