Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 pkg. (3.3 oz.) JELL-O White Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 2 Tbsp. green tea powder
  • 2 cups flour

Method

  • Heat oven to 375F.
  • Beat butter and 1/4 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  • Add dry pudding mix and tea powder; beat until blended.
  • Gradually add flour, mixing well after each addition.
  • Drop tablespoons of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min.
  • or until tops of cookies are firm to the touch.
  • Cool 1 min.
  • Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
