Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten in a cup and filled with milk
- 4 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Cream potatoes, sugar and butter.
- Add eggs and milk.
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Mix with former ingredients slowly. Roll to about 3/8-inch thick.
- Cut with fried cake cutter.
- Fry in hot grease at 360° for about one minute on each side.
