Ingredients
- 4 lb. potatoes
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- large sour cream (approximately 16 oz.)
- garlic salt
- chives
- butter
- paprika
Method
- Peel, dice and boil potatoes until done; drain.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt to taste.
- Beat mixture until smooth.
- Fold in chopped chives.
- Pour mixture into greased, 3-quart baking dish.
- Place pats of butter on top.
- Generously sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes (until crispy on top).
