Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, well drained
  • 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Grease a small ovenproof baking dish. Mash the cream cheese and milk until creamy.
  • Blend in the chopped onion, crabmeat and horseradish, mixing well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle top with paprika.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on crackers.
