Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, well drained
- 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
- salt and pepper
- paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Grease a small ovenproof baking dish. Mash the cream cheese and milk until creamy.
- Blend in the chopped onion, crabmeat and horseradish, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle top with paprika.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on crackers.
