Ingredients
- enough instant Hungry Jack potatoes to make 8 servings
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 c. finely chopped onion, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix potatoes according to directions.
- Mix in all other ingredients.
- Pour in greased casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350°.
