Ingredients
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- 9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. chives
- 1 1/2 c. cream
Method
- Half bake pie shell.
- Put all ingredients except bacon into blender and blend till fine.
- Pour custard over bacon.
- Bake till crust is brown and custard is set, about 40 min at 375 degrees.
- Serves 6.
