Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. water
Method
- Place oil in frypan on medium-high.
- Add flour; brown lightly. Add beaten eggs, stirring, then add water.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over grits or biscuits.
- If too thick, add more water.
