Ingredients
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 cans crushed pineapple (unsweetened), drained
- 12 oz. Cool Whip (can be lite)
- 14 graham crackers or 1 of 3 pkg. in box, crushed
Method
- Melt marshmallows in milk.
- Stir occasionally so it doesn't scorch.
- Add pineapple and Cool Whip.
- Roll graham crackers to crumbs.
- Put 1/2 of crumbs on bottom of pan.
- Reserve other 1/2 for top.
