Ingredients
- 6 chicken wings whole or cutup
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 small onion or 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1teaspoon red pepper
- 1teaspoon garlic powder
- 1teaspoon lawrys seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon tony chacheres seasoning
Method
- wash and clean wings
- add seasonings to the wings in a large skillet put wings skin side up cover under medium heat cook10 minutes
- add worcestershire sauce and slice onion over wings
- cover and cook about 20 min
- check for tenderness dont over cook.
- larger wings will take a little while longer turn wings over again let stand 15 min and enjoy you may adjust your seasonings at this point if you like
