Ingredients

  • 6 chicken wings whole or cutup
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 small onion or 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1teaspoon red pepper
  • 1teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1teaspoon lawrys seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon tony chacheres seasoning

Method

  • wash and clean wings
  • add seasonings to the wings in a large skillet put wings skin side up cover under medium heat cook10 minutes
  • add worcestershire sauce and slice onion over wings
  • cover and cook about 20 min
  • check for tenderness dont over cook.
  • larger wings will take a little while longer turn wings over again let stand 15 min and enjoy you may adjust your seasonings at this point if you like
