Ingredients
- 1 can small peas
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 jar pimento
- 1 or 2 cucumbers, sliced
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar (cider)
- 1/4 c. salad oil
Method
- Mix sugar, vinegar and salad oil in pan and heat, but do not boil.
- Set aside to cool, then add vegetables, including juice. Let set for several hours.
