Ingredients
- 3 large fresh tomatoes, sliced
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 garlic clove or 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 3/4 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. basil
Method
- Arrange tomatoes in large, shallow dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients in covered jar; shake well and pour over tomatoes. Cover and chill for several hours.
- Use a dish with cover, turning upside-down while chilling.
